Key Scope Areas
Lighting Design, Lux Survey & Layout Planning
Every project begins with a photometric study — calculating lux levels, uniformity ratios, and pole spacing as per BIS and client specifications. Layout drawings, pole schedules, cable routes, and feeder load calculations are prepared and approved before mobilisation.
High Mast Lighting Tower Supply & Erection
For large yards, industrial plots, railway stations, and highway interchanges, we supply and erect high mast lighting towers ranging from 9m to 30m height — complete with panels and luminaries. Foundations are designed and cast as per soil bearing capacity and wind load requirements.
Street Light Pole Installation & LED Luminaire Fitting
For roads, colony streets, plant perimeters, and access routes, we erect octagonal / tubular poles with arm brackets, energy-efficient LED streetlight luminaires. All poles are properly earthed and bonded as per IE Rules, ensuring personnel safety and equipment protection.
Underground & Overhead Feeder Cabling
Lighting feeders are routed either underground via armoured cable in HDPE ducts or overhead on poles — depending on site conditions and client preference. Cables are correctly sized for load and voltage drop, with proper terminations at every pole base junction box and at the feeder pillar.
Feeder Pillar, Lighting Panel & Control System Installation
We erect and wire outdoor-rated feeder pillars and lighting distribution and control panels with automatic control arrangements — ensuring the system lights up when it should and switches off when it shouldn’t.
Testing, Commissioning & Handover
Once installation is complete, we carry out insulation resistance testing, earth continuity checks, circuit load balancing, and lux level verification before the system is energised and handed over, with full work guarantee.
